To reserve your selected vehicle, full payment is required. Payment is completed by bank wire transfer to our corporate account. Once payment arrangements are confirmed, the vehicle is reserved for you while we prepare it for delivery.
For your protection, your payment is held in trust by our financial department while you receive and inspect the vehicle. The inspection period gives you time to confirm that the vehicle meets your expectations before the transaction is completed.
We offer vehicle delivery at $0.80 per mile. Once your vehicle arrives, you can inspect its exterior, interior, and mechanical condition. Temporary plates are provided so you can legally test drive the vehicle during the inspection period.
If the vehicle does not meet your expectations during the eligible inspection period, contact our team to begin the return process. Ritzville Motor Company will arrange and cover eligible return transportation, and the payment will be refunded according to the terms of your purchase agreement.
Once you're completely satisfied with the vehicle, our team will assist with the required paperwork, including the bill of sale and title transfer. After the necessary documentation is completed, the transaction can be finalized.
